At Loveful Craft Studio LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Period

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Refund Process

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The goods are in the original packaging
• The goods are unused and in resalable condition
• All tags and labels are intact
• You include your order number and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom engraved items)
• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refund to the original card (may take 5-7 business days to appear)
• PayPal: Refund to the original PayPal account (usually within 24 hours)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing the new order first to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following situations:

• Items are returned with obvious signs of use
• Items are not in their original condition
• Items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If the gift was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
