Orders are processed within 1-3 business days to ensure timely delivery for our customers. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and customs processing times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package's journey through our website or directly with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@lovefulcraftstudio.store.
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged in transit. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Custom engraved orders may require additional processing time. The estimated delivery time for custom orders includes both processing and shipping time. You will be notified of any significant delays in processing your custom order.
During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance of holiday dates to ensure timely delivery. Our processing times may also be extended during these periods.
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. International orders may take longer to process due to customs requirements.
